Google Videos has come up with some major updates.
1) The Google Video Store which offers NBA videos, movies, music videos and to top it
off a few TV serials(MacGyver, The Charlie Rose Show etc.) for sale. It has a fairly good collection.
2) Non-copy-protected content can be put on your iPod or PSP using the âto goâ? option.
3) Users who have submitted videos at google can charge viewers. (Nice pocket money. Get a paypal account and cash in your Videos)
4) The non-copy-protected content can be played in your website like YouTube Videos. Simply find your video and click the link ‘Put on site’ on the right hand side of the Video player.
5) Another leaf that google has taken from the book of YouTube service is the feature ‘More From the User’ where you can find the rest of the videos uploaded by the user whose video you are watching.
6) Due to popular demands, google has included a “download” button on the right sidebar for the free videos. The script to download free videos is no longer required. Â
What is interesting though is the fact that FM google Video Downloader still works on the google Videos for sale. FM google video downloader is a site where by providing the location (google video url) of the video you can get the real link. You can further watch the video or download it. After downloading rename the file and add “.flv” extension (without quotes). Also you will require a “flv player” to watch the movie, which you can download here (1.12 mb only).

you cant download the paid videos, just the preview of those paid videos
Yes, Mike you are right. When I had written the post, google didnt have the preview facility. They have introduced it recently to stop people from ripping paid videos of their site.
