The IITs have taken up an initiative of starting online teaching and thus have started offering course materials online for every engineering stream. Many professors from all the IITs have provided course materials for each chapter and each subject. Though some of them are not yet available, I am sure in the following months they should be there.
One has to register at the link provided below and can access the course material. Every Chapter has been described with diagrams and charts. This is just a trial period going on and hence make use of it in total.
1] Go to http://nptel.iitm.ac.in
2] Click on Courses
3] Sign up as a NEW USER
4] And one can access any course material.
I checked out a few courses in Electrical and Electronics stream and they were pretty good. Especially the Integrated Circuits course.

To be quit honest, when you said – tech blog, I thought most of it would be unreadable.
But, to my surprise, there is a lot of stuff which , is very practical and ppl can really use – like downloading youtube videos , the scrap shortcut and so on…

hi i came across this online teaching courses from iit it is excellent and wonderfull it will be usefull for many students who could not able to understand the concepts clearly . the professors are excellent and patient in each and every lecture and clear in their explanation . congratulations!!! i hope so this online teaching should be expanded to various branches of engineering and should be helpfull for the students of india

Online teaching sounds good. I am not against it, But I don’t think that it could beat the traditional way.
I think teaching should be the way it is. There is nothing that could beat a teacher helping you seated next to you…..
