Pay-per-click or PPC Ad Networks are used by the advertisers. Advertisers pay money to PPC networks to get visitors on their websites depending up on the number of clicks their ad gets. Before the emergence of PPC Ad Networks, this was done by private advertising companies. The publishers will approach these websites and pay a certain amount of money to the website. Previously, only famous websites got advertiser but now it doesn’t matter whether your website is famous or not. Above mentioned networks are best to work with blogs, there are many more to add but these are the best. You can display your advertisements in different ad sizes and the most famous sizes are 486 x 60 and 120 x 600/160 x 600 or 125 x 125 for small boxes. Ads can be displayed with image or text. According to people text ads will get more clicks than the image ads but to me a good image ad worth a hundred text ads. You can select Image Ads only, Text-Ads only and both for advertising. If you are not sure about choosing which one, then it is better to choose both image and text ads. Whatever you choose the main aim is to get maximum readers to click the ad and earn maximum revenue. Getting clicks depends up on how you place the ad and how to make the ad unique or how it blends with the page.
