7) Listening relaxing music is a wonderful way to have a rest after struggling and daily work-flow. Take your breath slowly and enjoy self-handed free time!

9) In all rush, we are creating mess around us and slowly it’s affecting our work-flow as well. Our environment changes us as well as people around us. So you need to organize, clean up your workspace and your desktop. This process is very important in daily work-flow.

11) If you are always running and running you need enjoy sleeping a little bit longer. Don’t make it as regular habit, but from time to time it is too a really relaxing method.
